Back by popular demand! We invite you to join the CMC community in Honolulu for a special cooking class with award-winning Chef Grant Sato. Chef Sato is an instructor at the Culinary Institute of the Pacific and is the winner of the 2015 Global Taste of Korea Competition. He specializes in Japanese, Thai, and Korean cuisine.
With the help of Chef Sato, guests will learn the techniques used to prepare and cook a variety of "banchan," meaning side dish in Korean.
$50 per person - includes private cooking lesson, all ingredients, and cooking items for the class.
