Family Weekend

Join Us for Family Weekend 2022!

Saturday, February 19 - Sunday, February 20

We look forward to being together on campus for our reimagined, fully outdoor Family Weekend 2022! Students, faculty, staff, and volunteers are busy preparing a wonderful experience. Of course, in addition to a fun and informative weekend, our top priority is the health and well-being of our community. Before arrival, please review and take the appropriate steps to complete the requirements.

  • All campus visitors are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide a negative antigen, NAAT or PCR test result.
  • Downloading the CLEAR app provides an easy way to upload and store your proof of vaccination and negative test result to present at registration.
  • LA County public health guidelines currently require that N95, KN95, KF94, or surgical masks must be worn indoors at all times.

Vaccination Required
Per CMC’s Visitor’s Policy, proof of COVID-19 vaccination will be required upon check-in. We strongly encourage use of the CLEAR App on your smart phone (see below).
Negative Antigen, NAAT or PCR Test Required
Given the two-day nature of this event, as well as the extensive geographic areas our guests call home, we kindly request that all guests test no more than 72 hours before arrival. We are aware that in some areas, PCR tests are not readily available. For this reason, we will permit NAAT and antigen tests. Home administered tests will not be accepted.
Again, we strongly encourage use of the CLEAR App, which can be downloaded to any smart phone. Please note, the CLEAR app will require you to identify the name of your testing provider. Although most providers are listed, if your test provider is not on the pre-populated list, simply bring proof of your negative test (from your provider) with you to the Health and Safety tent upon arrival.
If you are unable to test before you leave home, or do not receive your result in time for check-in, we will have a small supply of COVID-19 rapid antigen tests available at registration for a $25.00 fee. You can test on-campus with our medical representatives and get the results before you check-in. Please note, we anticipate this will add at least 30 minutes to your check-in process.
Expedite Check-in with the CLEAR App
Uploading vaccination and testing documentation to your smart phone through the CLEAR app will save you time upon arrival. Given that the CLEAR app does not instantly validate, we recommend uploading documents as soon as possible, preferably 24 hours before arriving on campus. We have provided two separate links, each of which should be accessed via your smart phone:
•    Vaccination-only CLEAR link here
•    Vaccination and Test Result CLEAR link

Of course, if you experience any problems using the CLEAR app, please just bring your proof of vaccine and provider-issued negative test result to the registration area and we will manually verify your documents.
We greatly appreciate your patience and effort in ensuring we have a safe Family Weekend. If you have any questions or need assistance (we understand!), please email
Our entire community is excited to welcome you soon!
