Calling all of Professor Massoud's "sons" and "daughters!" After an incredible 43 years of advising students, teaching accounting, reading theses, and attending alumni weddings, Professor Massoud has retired.

Co-hosted with Courtney DeBeaucourt '09, we invite the CMC community to come together at the New Haven Country Club to enjoy a delicious lunch and reconnect with our beloved Professor.

A few months ago as Professor Massoud wrapped up his time in Claremont, he addressed the crowd at the 40th annual Accounting Awards banquet and said "I'm so grateful for all of your friendship, love and support. It has been a memorable 43 years. I always say that if you love your students as your children, you can help them to achieve their big dreams every single day. On that basis, I'm always proud of you. And I'm grateful because you made me a better teacher. While my teaching at CMC may be ended, my commitment to CMC will never end." Please join us for this very special opportunity to reconnect, reminisce, and celebrate!

Professor Massoud recently sat down with Parishi Kanuga '26 to share how he has created family in the classroom over his 43 years teaching at CMC. View the episode of CMC Conversations
