We are excited to invite you to a very special CMC exclusive dinner and wine pairing at the brand new Eulalie, recently featured by The New York Times and the Tribeca Citizen.

Sal Medina, Claremont sommelier, proprietor of Packing House Wines, and Mayor Pro-Tem has paired incredible wine for the evening and will be attending in person to share his immense knowledge.

Eulalie is an intimate new restaurant in Tribeca from husband and wife owners Chip Smith (Executive Chef) and Tina Vaughn (Beverage Director & Manager). Chip and Tina—formerly of the highly praised Upper East Side’s The Simone—have taken over and renovated the space formerly known as Batard (and prior to that, Montrachet). With a focus on exquisite food, wine, and intimate service, Eulalie will highlight delicate French fare in a bright and welcoming space.

While this coveted and unique experience is valued at over $400, thanks to the gracious support of Steven Limandibhratha '14 M'14 and Claremont McKenna College, a ticket is $195 per person. It will include food, wine, tax, and gratuity.

This 5-course dinner will feature a house-made country terrine, wild Maine lobster on brioche with avocado puree, twice baked gruyere soufflé with roasted beets and pistachios, salt-baked beef tenderloin with crispy potato and spinach flan, and a specialty dessert (menu subject to change).

After a welcome glass of champagne, each course will be paired with a specialty French wine by Sal Medina, with a a special tasting of 2020 Batard Montrachet Paul Pernot.

With special thanks to Steven Limandibhratha '14 M'14, investor in Eulalie, we invite you to grab one of just 40 seats for this delicious and palate-tantalizing evening meant to engage your senses and elevate your wine knowledge.
